SmartSide™ products provide the warmth and look of wood without many of the problems associated with natural wood. The cedar grain texture is embossed into the boards providing better continuity of definition making the depth of the grain more visible. The boards are embossed and not cut, allowing better performance against weather and moisture. SmartSide products are manufactured using the borate-based SmartGuard process to resist termites and fungal decay.
